About Bowen Chorale
The Bowen Chorale provides students with a passion for singing the opportunity to develop their vocal abilities, techniques and musicianship. Through regular training and performances, students hone their vocal skills, strengthen their musical understanding and gain valuable experience performing on stage.
Beyond musical development, we seek to nurture confidence, resilience and a spirit of excellence in every student. Guided by our motto, “Tuning Towards Perfection”, members are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another and strive for continual growth.
The Chorale’s biennial self-run showcase, Lumière, provides a meaningful platform for students to showcase their talents, celebrate their growth and share their passion for music with the school community. Through the showcase, students take ownership of their performances, working together with dedication and perseverance to bring their musical vision to life.
The Bowen Chorale also continues to participate regularly in the Singapore Youth Festival (Choir), providing students with opportunities to perform at a national platform and represent Bowen Secondary School. The Chorale has consistently achieved the Certificate of Accomplishment, reflecting the dedication, commitment and spirit of excellence of our members.
